Payments & Pricing

We accept card payments for both local and international orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively within Lebanon.

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.

Custom Requests & Pre-Orders

For custom-sourced products, all terms — including payment and delivery expectations — will be discussed individually with the customer.
Providing a valid phone number is required for coordination.

Intellectual Property

Shadows does not claim ownership of product images or branding from sourced brands.
All intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.

Liability & Warranty

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products sold through Shadows.

Shadows accepts responsibility for product damages or defects upon delivery.
However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance for international shipments.

Use Restrictions

Users must refrain from fraudulent activities, misuse of the site, harassment, spamming, or any behavior that negatively impacts Shadows or other users.
